I’d add a few more to the list, including: “If your spandex ain’t tight, it ain’t right!” Or, conversely, “The only thing more unattractive than spandex is ill-fitting spandex!” So ladies, but the right size! You aren’t hiding your imperfections in loose bike shorts – you are drawing even more attention to them and not letting them do the job you need them to!
